The role of the leader in an organization is very important because the
existence of a leader is to be a doorstop or be one of the spearheads of success in
organizing. DPMPTSP is one of the integrated service headquarters in
Pekanbaru City. Where the purpose of the formation of DPMPTSP is to increase
investment in prime licensing and non-licensing services. The formulation of this
problem is How is the Role of Leaders in Employee Development in the Office of
Investment and Integrated Services of One Door (DPMPTSP) Pekanbaru City?
Pekanbaru City? the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the role of
leaders in the development of employees in the Office of Investment and
Integrated Services One Door (DPMPTSP) Pekanbaru City andTo find out and
analyze the factors of obstacles in the Role of Leaders in Employee Development
in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door (DPMPTSP)
Pekanbaru City. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method. in
data collection researchers used data observation techniques, observations,
interviews and documentation. the results of the study showed that the role of the
leader in fostering employees at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services
of One Door (DPMPTSP) Pekanbaru City by looking at the organizational
structure, the role of the leader towards employee coaching. and inhibiting
factors are figure, communication and motivation towards employees.
