This research aims to look at the elements that influence employee work satisfaction at PBEC Eye Hospital. The primary and secondary data for this study were collected by a questionnaire administered to 81 workers of the PBEC Eye Hospital as part of a sample census. As independent variables, psychological elements, social aspects, physical issues, and financial factors are used, with work satisfaction as the dependent variable. SmartPLS was used to process the information gathered. According to the findings of this study, psychological, social, and physical elements, all have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, financial issues have no bearing on employee job happiness
