Service activities cannot be separated from human life, because service is needed
in all aspects of life. Just like public services provided by the government, public
services can also affect the level of quality in an institution. The problem
experienced in the service process provided by employees is that the turnaround
time for each service provided is considered too long, this can interfere and hinder
the smooth running of service activities. To overcome these problems, it is
necessary to measure community satisfaction with the services provided by
employees. The method used in this study is the Decision Tree Algorithm, the
classification process will produce whether visitors are satisfied and dissatisfied.
