Kepemimpinan Inklusif dan Perilaku Kerja Yang Inovatif Pada Aparatur Sipil Negara: Peran Keterlibatan Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

The state civil service has a significant positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of public services. Innovation in public services can help improve the quality and responsiveness of services provided by the government to the community. ASN whohave innovative behavior can create new solutions to overcome challenges in providing better and more efficient services. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province by examining the influence of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by employee involvement. Samples were taken of 200 people using the proportional random sampling method and data analysis using the SEM analysis tool. The research results confirm that inclusive leadership and participation in activities directly or indirectly influence attitudes towards innovative activities. The direct impact of inclusive leadership on attitudes towards innovative activities is 13.67%, whereas the indirect impact through participation in activities is 25.92%. The direct effect of elastic participation in activities on innovative activity attitudes is 36%, whereas the indirect effect through participation in leadership activities is 48.25%. This proves that employee participation functions in ensuring the impact of inclusive leadership on innovative activity attitudes.
