This research is a type of normative legal research, which discusses the legal remedies of the parties in the Electronic Sales and Purchase Agreement (e-commerce) in Indonesia in the event of a default. Of the most cases, there are defaults that are carried out by business actors, for example being late in sending goods, incorrectly sending the ordered products, the goods purchased do not match the information displayed or it could be business actors who deliberately intend not to fulfill their obligations. Legal remedies taken by the parties in the event of a default in the sale and purchase agreement transactions via the internet (e-commerce) in Indonesia, namely through litigation and non-litigation. Settlement outside the court is to prioritize the settlement process using the ADR (Arbitration Dispute Resolution) system, mediation, consolidation and negotiation.
