This study attempts to determine whether business value is affected by profitability, size, and sales growth, with capital structure as a moderating element. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019. The sample size for this research is 756 companies. The data analysis method uses Path Analysis through SmartPLs version 3.0 software. Results and discussion will be discussed in this study.
