Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Coping Style Sebagai Mediasi

Many studies have used coping style in linking stress with subjective well-being. However, researchers are interested in using coping style in linking job stress with job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with the SEM-PLS tool because it will carry out a verification analysis to test the hypothesis. Respondents to the research conducted by the researchers were 207 police officers who worked in several police institutions in Indonesia. The findings in this study describe how work stress faced by individuals has a relationship to the coping style of the individual which will ultimately have an impact on individual job satisfaction.
