This study aims to analyze the achievement biology teacher pedagogical
competence in implementation Kurikulum 2013 at SMA Negeri 1 Minas academic year
2014/2015 which took place in January 2015. This study is a descriptive with quantitative
approach. The subjects were all teachers of biology at SMA Negeri 1 Minas totaling 3
person. The parameters in this study were adjusted pedagogical Permendiknas number
16 of 2007 about standard academic qualifications and competence of teachers. Data
collection technique used observation and interview guides. Data were analyzed using
descriptive percentage according Teacher Performance Assessment guidelines. Based on
the analysis results, pedagogic competence in the implementation of Kurikulum 2013 for
each of the biology teachers are: 1) The teacher of biology 1 reached a value of 92.5 as
very good, 2) biology teacher 2 reached a value of 90 as well, 3) Biology teacher 3
reached a value of 92.5 as very good. The conclusion of this study is owned pedagogical
competence biology teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Minas achieved in accordance with the
demands of Kurikulum 2013 has been met with teacher performance assessment
pedagogical reach an average value 92 as very good and percentage credit number is
125%.
