This service activity is based on the needs of students in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru of their literacy skills in order to understand and filter information in English. Therefore, the team needs to provide training of improving the students’ literacy skills in English so that the information they understand is reliable and not hoax. After a series of training activities, it can be said that this community service activity went well according to the plans that had been prepared. Most of students of SMA PGRI Pekanbaru are enthusiastic and active in participating in the service in the form of training to improve the students’ literacy skills in English through this digital media. This training was divided into 2 sessions that focused on the details of literacy and the role of digital media. From these results, it can be seen that some students already understood to filter and respond to hoax information.
