The research method involves in-depth interviews with stakeholders related to development and the environment, as well as analysis of secondary data related to development policies and programs that have been implemented. The research results show that the implementation of SDGs programs in West Rumbai has had a positive impact in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing environmental resilience, and strengthening adaptation to the impacts of climate change. The results of the questionnaire explained that 95,47% of the community felt the direct positive impact of sustainable programs on climate change. However, challenges such as inter-institutional coordination, community participation, and resource allocation are still obstacles in achieving sustainable development goals related to climate change. The implications of this research highlight the importance of collaboration between various parties, including government, society and the private sector, in designing and implementing effective sustainable development programs to address climate change in West Rumbai. It is hoped that this research can contribute to further understanding of the relationship between the implementation of sustainable development programs and their impact on climate change, as well as becoming a basis for better policy planning in the future.
