The world still needs products from the forestry sector, one of which is Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs). The NTFPs that are still often found in Indonesia are palm. Waemputtange Village is one of the villages in Amali District, Bone Regency which has sugar palm potential. Sugar palm, which has high economic value, is the dream of the people of Waemputtange Village. This research aims to describe sugar palm processing and calculate an analysis of palm sugar business income in Waemputtangnge Village, Amali District, Bone Regency. The data analysis used is palm sugar processing and income analysis (Total Cost, Total Revenue, and Income Analysis). Based on the research results, it is known that the palm sugar processing process is tapping, cooking, molding and packaging. Meanwhile, based on the results of the income analysis, the annual income obtained is IDR 344,411,750.
