The research aims to examine: The influence of job stress and compensation on employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja Riau Branch in Pekanbaru City. Primary data in the form of questionnaires was collected and utilized. The study population consists of employees from PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch in Pekanbaru City, with a sample size of 55 employees. This is a quantitative research utilizing multiple linear regression for data analysis. The results indicate that work stress, as analyzed partially, does not significantly affect employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch in Pekanbaru City. Conversely, compensation has a significant and positive impact on employee performance at PT. Riau Branch of Jasa Raharja in Pekanbaru City.
