This research aims to determine the influence of liquidity, efficiency and capital structure on the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. In determining the sample using a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 16 companies. The data used is secondary data and the method used in the research is quantitative methods with the SPSS application.26. The results of this research show that liquidity has a significant positive effect on financial performance, operations have a significant negative effect on financial performance, capital structure has a significant negative effect on the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2022
