Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sma Negeri 1 Batham Kabupaten Rohil

The principal observes the work of teachers so that the goal is achieved. This investment was made to determine the influence of competency variables, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers of SMA Negri 1 Batham Kan Rohil. The investigation was carried out to find out how much the influence of competence, compensation and job satisfaction have on Teacher Performance at SMAN 1 Batu Hampar, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study used 3 independent variables, namely Competence, Compensation and Job Satisfaction and one dependent variable, namely Performance. Sampling using the census method is done by taking all members of the existing population, used as a sample. And the samples used were all 33 teachers, and using Multiple Linear Regression. The hypothesis of this study is formulated as follows: "it is suspected that Competence, Compensation and Job Satisfaction of SMAN 1 Batu Hampar Teachers, Rokan Hilir Regency have an effect on Teacher Performance. It is suspected that Competence, Compensation and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Teacher Performance at SMAN 1 Batu Hampar, Rokan Hilir Regency”. Based on the calculation results, the following results were obtained: that partially the Competence variable (X1) has an effect on Teacher Performance by 46.3%, the Compensation variable (X2) has an effect on Teacher Performance by 29.5%, and partially the Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has an effect on Teacher Performance by 67.9%. While simultaneously Competence, Compensation and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Teacher Performance at SMAN 1 Batu Hampar, Rokan Hilir Regency. This can be seen from the R2 test of 0.823 or 82.3% and Fcount is greater than Ftable (44.946> 2.394). Based on the results of this study, the author suggests that the agency pay more attention to Competence, Compensation and Job Satisfaction, because with this attention, Teacher performance will increase, so that the tasks and responsibilities assigned to teachers can be completed properly, so that the planned Vision and Mission will be achieved.
