This studiy seeks to examine the impact of compensation and worrk environment on employee performancce at PT. Permodalan Siak. A company or business entity functions as an organization that produces, with human resources serving as the primary driving factor in achieving the company's predetermined objectives, particularly maximizing profits. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data types. The datta for thiis studiy is derived from two sources: primariy data and secondariy data. The research population comprises all 60 employees of PT. Permodalan Siak, with the sampling method employed being the saturated sampling tecnique. Data colection methods include interviews and questionnaires. The study's findings reveal that compensation has a partial influence on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Siak. Similarly, the work environment also partially affects employee performance. Furthermore, compensation and the work environment collectively have a simultaneous effect on the performance of PT. Permodalan Siak employeess. Therefore, it can be concluded that improvements in compensation and the work environment contribute positively to enhancing employee performance.
