This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation Mediating the Influence of Transformational Leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. This study is a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires to respondents using SEM Smart PLS. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Riau Province totaling 152 respondents using the census method. Where the entire population was sampled, but leaders and researchers were not included as part of the sample so that the study was more objective. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the influence of leadership on employee performance.
