Bogor City is an area that has a lot of green open space with an area of 2,031.66 Ha or 20% of the total area of Bogor City. The city of Bogor has green open spaces that are designated for the community as spaces for interaction. Green open spaces in the city of Bogor can be a habitat for urban birds. The aim of the research is to identify the potential of birds that can be used as ecotourism resources. The research will be carried out from April to June 2024 in Ahmad Yani City Forest Park, Sempur Park and Heulang Park. Bird data was obtained using the IPA (Index Point of Abundance) method or counting point method and listing bird types based on MacKinnon. Ethnoornithological data and perceptions of sustainability were obtained using structured interview methods and open question questionnaires. Data regarding threats to birds was carried out using a purposive sampling interview method. Bogor City's Green Open Space has bird resources that have the potential to be used as bird ecotourism planning. Resources that can be utilized are objects in the form of 28 types of birds and ethnoornithology.
