The Customary Prohibited Forest of Kenagarian Rumbio offers numerous benefits to surrounding communities, including water springs that serve as an economic resource for Pulau Sarak village. It is crucial to assess the financial feasibility of the Sikumbang Spring business in Pulau Sarak village by calculating Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/CR), and conducting sensitivity analysis. This study employed descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods, with data collected through a census of 8 respondents. The financial feasibility analysis of the Sikumbang Spring business yielded positive results, including a positive NPV, an IRR exceeding the interest rate, a positive Net B/C, and a Payback Period averaging 3 years and 8 months. These findings indicate that continuing the Sikumbang Spring business is feasible. Sensitivity analysis with a 10% cost increase showed a positive NPV, higher IRR, positive Net B/C, and a Payback Period averaging 4 years and 8 months, further supporting the business's viability.
