The purpose of this study is to describe the utilization of the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Plus web in managing digital archives at the Padang District Court Class IA. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research was conducted at the Padang District Court, involving three informants: the Head of General Affairs and Finance and two PTSP service staff members. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model (2003), which comprises six indicators: system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The analysis results indicate that the PTSP Plus web system provides ease of access, rapid archive retrieval, and supports employee work efficiency. Informants stated that the system is fairly quick in displaying archive data. However, the system is not yet accessible to the general public and remains dependent on internal access. Other challenges include limited staff for data entry, an incomplete digital archive system, and the need for improved training and infrastructure. Overall, the PTSP Plus web system has had a positive impact on digital archive management and information services in the judiciary environment, although further system enhancement is necessary to optimize its utilization
