The research aims to assess the relationship between compensation and work environment on employee work satisfaction at CV. Jasa Bersama Pekanbaru, involving a total population of 32 employees. This research uses saturated sampling methods, with the collected data in quantitative format. The questionnaire were distributed directly to all employees as a primary data collection tool. Multiple linear regression analysis results show that compensation and the working environment variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction when viewed individually. Simultaneously, the analysis yielded an F-value of 3.417, which exceeds the critical F-table the value of 3.32, with the significance level of 0.047 - below the 0.05 threshold. This finding confirms that compensation and the working surroundings together have a statistically significant influence on employee job satisfaction at CV. Jasa Bersama Pekanbaru. In addition, the R Square value of 0.710 showing that 71.0% of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by the compensation and work environment variables. The rest 29.0% be affacted by other factors that are not examined in this study.
