This study aims to analyze the use and repayment of consumtive murabahah financing distributed by PT BRK Syariah (Perseroda) Selatpanjang Branch for goverment employees with employment agreements (PPPK) at the departement of education and culture of meranti islands regency. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with several respondents. The results show that comsumtive murabahahfinancing is used to meet various household needs, such as home renovations, purchasing electronic goods, private vehicles, and other family needs. Installment repayment generally run smoothly because an automatic salary deducation system is implemented that is adjusted to the customer’s financial capabilities. However, some custumers have experienced financial pressure due tu urgent needs,but this does not effect the smoothnees of payment. Overall, comsumtive murabahah financing from PT BRK Syariah is considered effective in helping to improve the welfare of PPPK and can be a safe and sharia-compliant financing alternative.
