Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT XYZ Minas

The aim of this research is to find out whether the device area, device compliance, and rewards affect the device capacity. The simple random sampling approach was used in this exploration, and the sample consisted of 82 clients working from PT. Berkat Karunia Phala Minas. Descriptive and quantitative data analysis were used in this research. Multiple linear regression equations were used as the analysis strategy, and SPSS V.22 application was used to process the evidence. The findings showed that the device area, device compliance, and rewards both segmentally and simultaneously affected the client's capacity. This was then proven by the R2 value of 0.720, which showed that the device area, device compliance, and rewards affected 72% of the capacity.
