Febrile seizures are seizure episodes that occur due to an increase in body temperature >38ºC without central nervous system infection, metabolic disorders, or a history of seizures. Proper management requires adequate skills from health cadres. Muhammadiyah cadres in Gentan Village need to be equipped with febrile seizure management skills to prevent incorrect handling. Method: This community service was conducted through simulation-based training using a pre- and post-test without control design involving 37 participants selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: Before training, 64.9% of participants had low skills; after training, 83.8% were skilled, with p=0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant improvement. Conclusion: Simulation-based training effectively improves the skills of Muhammadiyah cadres in Gentan Village in managing febrile seizures. This program is recommended as a health education strategy at the village level to enhance community preparedness for pediatric emergencies.
