Organic waste management is a major challenge in Sei Lembu Village, Kampar Regency, as most household residues such as vegetables and fruits are still disposed of or burned, causing environmental pollution. In fact, organic waste has great potential to be processed into eco-enzyme, a simple fermentation product that can be utilized as a liquid organic fertilizer. This program was chosen due to farmers’ high dependence on chemical fertilizers, which leads to soil degradation and increased production costs. The methods included socialization, training in eco-enzyme production using a 3:1:10 ratio (organic waste : sugar : water), and assistance in its application to oil palm plantations. The results showed an increase in community knowledge from 25% to 90%, improved skills in producing eco-enzymes, and better understanding of their benefits as environmentally friendly fertilizers. This program is important as it reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers while empowering the community to manage organic waste sustainably
