Low fruit set of oil palms on peatlands is one of the main problems in oil palm cultivation in Kuala Tolam village. This community service (PKM) program aims to introduce and design the creation of a hatch and carry mobile (HCM) to increase oil palm fruit set. The HCM technique is a method for growing and distributing the population of the pollinating weevil, Elaeidobius kamerunicus. The HCM is made using plywood, wire, PVC pipes, nails, zinc, fabric for a place to collect the E. kamerunicus insects, and several poles. Training on making the HCM house and box showed that all participants rated this activity as having a real positive impact on independent farmers in oil palm plantations. Of the respondents, 65% stated that it was very suitable. This data confirms that the training was successful in meeting the needs of farmers to increase pollination effectiveness through the use of E. kamerunicus insects. The training materials are applicable and relevant to the needs of independent farmers in the field, especially in optimizing the role of E. kamerunicus insects as natural pollinating agents.
