This community service program aims to improve technology literacy among elementary school teachers through the introduction of robotics and the Internet of Things (IoT) based on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach at SD Khairul Imam, Medan. The main problems identified include low technology literacy, limited STEM learning media, and insufficient teacher competence in integrating modern technology into classroom activities. The program was implemented through several stages, including needs assessment, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), program socialization, workshops and hands-on training, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The activity involved 20 teachers and resulted in a 60–70% improvement in their understanding of robotics and IoT, as indicated by pre-test and post-test results. The program also contributed to strengthening teachers’ computational thinking, problem-solving abilities, creativity, collaboration skills, and digital literacy. Overall, this program is considered effective and has strong potential to be developed as a sustainable model for STEM-based learning implementation in elementary schools.
