The Tani Kopi Manglayang Centre on Jalan Palintang, Bandung Regency, has strong potential to be developed into a leisure park area named Uncle Fly, covering an area of 50,000 m². Currently, the area lacks rental accommodation facilities. Through direct observation and qualitative research supported by literature studies, this project focuses on designing cottages that enhance visitor experiences by maximizing the scenic potential of the surrounding coffee plantations. The design introduces rooftop decks as relaxing spaces that allow guests to enjoy panoramic views. Moreover, the project applies a sustainable concept by utilizing natural waste specifically, coffee tree branches as aesthetic wall elements, reflecting eco-friendly design principles. The cottages adopt an Industrial Barn House architectural style, integrating sustainability with modern functionality. Overall, the design aims to optimize land use and promote environmental harmony, transforming the Uncle Fly Manglayang area into a sustainable and attractive leisure destination.
