A smart service system has been established, but its effectiveness needs to be systematically measured to determine the extent to which it is accepted and used by users. In the context of the UNPRI library, the implementation of smart services is still relatively new, so a usability-based evaluation is needed as a basis for future service development. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach to evaluate the usability level of smart services at theUniversitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Library. The evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, and the results were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the statistical tests displayed in the One-Sample Statistic and One-Sample Test tables show that the average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of smart service users at the Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Library is 56.30, with a standard deviation (Std. Deviation) of 7.87 and a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (<0.05). This value indicates that there is a significant difference between the average SUS score of users and the standard value of 68. This study confirms that the smart services at the UNPRI Library have not yet achieved optimal usability, despite showing potential in supporting digital information access. Evaluation using the SUS method provides empirical evidence that improvements are needed in the interface and functionality of the system to be more responsive to user needs.
