The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly impacted various aspects of life, particularly in education. However, significant challenges arise due to the low digital literacy and legal awareness among students, especially at SMK Muhammadiyah Batam. While students are familiar with technology, many still do not understand how to use it productively and safely. Furthermore, the lack of understanding regarding digital ethics and legal consequences, such as copyright violations and the spread of hoaxes, makes students vulnerable to misuse of technology. This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy and legal awareness among SMK Muhammadiyah Batam students. Through interactive training, students are provided with knowledge on responsible technology use, the importance of safeguarding personal data, and the legal consequences of disseminating unverified information. Additionally, the program educates students on digital ethics, such as cyberbullying and information verification. Evaluation results show a significant improvement in students' understanding of digital literacy and cyber law, as reflected in the pre-test and post-test score increase. With this program, it is expected that students will become more prudent in using technology and more aware of their rights and responsibilities in the digital world. The program also contributes to strengthening digital literacy education at the school, aligning with the challenges of the current digital era.
