This service activity aims to provide understanding and training to librarians and School Administration in Pekanbaru City.Associated with problems with Archives and Archives.The general problem of the partners is the fact that several librarians and administration schools in Pekanbaru City have not yet understood the importance of managing and maintaining archives well in accordance with applicable provisions such as Law No. 43 of 2009 concerning archives The target of the results of community service activities is to provide an increase in understanding and training of Librarians and Administration about how to manage archives and implement management of digital archives in libraries and schools.activities that can be carried out in the school library and provide an explanation of the importance of maintenance (preservation of records).
